Founder Story

I spent over a decade recruiting at some of the fastest-moving companies in the world: Google, Meta, and Robinhood. Then I advised dozens more as a VC Talent Partner and owner of my own firm.

At every stop, I was doing the same thing: manually digging through data trying to figure out why hiring wasn't working, then turning around and spending hours translating it into reports for stakeholders who needed answers yesterday.
